You add, delete?? manage any number of voicemail inboxes on this page.
Associate an inbox with a group
****You don't actually add inboxes here, so perhaps this should describe how to navigate back to the Config Server/List All Users, choose the user and click on their ID, then on the general tab check the check box???
To add a new inbox:
Click the Manage Inboxes link in the left column.
Click Add New Inbox.
Enter the SIP address of the new voicemail inbox.
Select an inbox owner group with which to associate
the new inbox.
Reminder: You establish
inbox owner privileges by associating the inbox owner with a group.
Select to use the default VXML script, or browse to a custom VXML script file.
Enter the SIP credential information for the new
inbox.
Reminder: You must
have at least one credential for the default realm.
Click Add Inbox.

To delete an inbox, just click in the Delete
column of the inbox you want to remove. Reminder:
Deleting an inbox removes it from the system!
To change a PIN for an inbox:
Click the Manage Inboxes link in the left column.
Click in the Edit
column of the inbox you want.
Clear the PIN boxes.
Enter and confirm the new PIN.
Click Save.
To associate an inbox with a group:
Click the Manage Inboxes link in the left column.
Click in the Edit
column of the inbox you want.
Choose the group you want to associate from the Inbox Group drop-down list.
Click Save.
Reminder: You
establish inbox owner privileges by associating the inbox owner with a
group.
