You add, edit, and delete groups on this page. Groups define templates for the privileges that apply to individual user inboxes. All of the inboxes assigned to a group have the same voicemail privileges, such as inbox size and length of outgoing message.
It is the group to which an individual inbox belongs that determines the privilege settings that apply. You establish inbox privileges by associating each inbox with a group when you first add the voice mailbox.
Reminder: Adding and deleting groups does not add and delete users. It adds and deletes privilege templates.
To add a group:
Click the Manage Groups link in the left column.
Click Add New Group.
Enter the Group Name, Message Settings, and Housekeeping rules for the group.
Click Add Group.
To edit a group:
Click the Manage Groups link in the left column.
Click in the Edit column of the
group you want.
Clear the options for Group Name, Message Settings, and Housekeeping rules.
Enter new values for Group Name, Message Settings, and Housekeeping rules.
Click Save.
To delete a group, just click the Manage
Groups link in the left column. Click in the Delete column of the group you want
to delete.
