Purpose:
Check whether two natural numbers are in non-ascending order.
Return
#t,
if
a>=b
and otherwise
#f.
Both
a
and
b
must be natural numbers.
Arguments:
A - natural number
B - natural number
Implementation:
(define (n>= a b) (eq? (n< a b) #f))
Example:
(n>= 7 5) => #t
