rname - execute a program under a different name

Description
rname is a simple utility that invokes a specified
program, passing a different name instead of the name of the program
executable. This could be useful in a number of cases - the specific
need for rname arose when I was trying to figure out
a way to invoke several instances of
D. J. Bernstein's
tcpserver
and, later, be able to control (usu. kill) one or more of them by name.
(Yes, I know about supervise, svc, svscan and friends, but, as usual,
I tried to reinvent the wheel ;)

Thanks go to (in roughly alphabetical order):
- my boss, cow-orkers and friends for their endless patience in dealing
with me even during my worst workaholic attacks, when the last traces
of humanity in me just give up and go take a rest (not that one of those has
happened lately, but oh well ;)
- Bram Moolenaar and
Sven Guckes for
VIM (enough said);
- my family, for putting up with me even during.. see the one about
my boss;
- the FreeBSD Project for providing
me with a robust OS to play with stuff on;
- ..and everybody else who feel they deserve gratitude (and this probably
won't be the first time I've forgotten to express gratitude, either).
