Gradient theme based on ThinIce.

Bugs:
 -Notebooks have a minor artifact when at the ends.
 -It can't be loaded in the control center if there has been loaded a previous Thin Ice theme.
 -Needs a code cleanup
 -Some widgets (like clists) don't draw using the theme
